不经一番寒彻骨,哪得梅花扑鼻香。经过在DBA的课程学习与实践,2022年1月10日,DBA首二班同学、普盛食品董事长、启丰食品科技(北京)有限公司董事长&CEO王睿迎来了她的最终答辩时刻。王睿同学在答辩现场阐述了《社交新零售商业模式及其适用的监管模式研究》,最终通过答辩!恭喜王睿同学!

刘志雄 | 企业如何构建创新生态系统-以三诺为例

▇ 论文摘要:

自2015年以来全球制造业因新技术(5G与新一代信息技术、AI、大数据等技术簇群与先进制造技术)的进步,与制造业逐步融合,对制造业的产生革命性的变化。三诺作为中国ICT产业典型企业也在自觉与不自觉中,面临机遇与挑战。

三诺为了适应这种变革,在企业探索构建创新生态系统。因此三诺在这个过程中就不得不考虑两个基本前提,在运用传统创新生态系统理论的同时得兼顾数字经济生态系统带来的深刻变化。

三诺在对自身过去形成的核心能力OPM进行提炼总结。中间运用了访谈、问卷调研、焦点小组讨论等方法,后面运用扎根理论,对调研形成的资料进行编码分析,明确了三诺构建创新生态系统的内外动因,并通过上述两种生态理论体系,定义自身的创新出发点。进而通过对自身产品演化制造能力适应性,以及自身通过智能制造来提升自己生产力的双轴来描述创新生态系统构建。三诺通过四大创新单元的描述,中间运用创新生态系统术语和结构模型,描述了各个生态单元之间的关系,并将这个模型置身在数字经济生态体系中加以考虑。

因三诺作为中国ICT制造业的典型性,希望通过三诺自身创新生态系统构建的实践,为其它类似制造业构建创新生态系统提供理论和实践上的启示。

▇ ABSTRACT:

Since 2015, the global manufacturing industry has gradually integrated with the manufacturing industry due to the advancement of new technologies (5G and new generation information technology, AI, big data and other technology clusters and advanced manufacturing technologies), which has brought revolutionary changes to the manufacturing industry. 3nod Group, as a typical enterprise in China's ICT industry, is also consciously or unconsciously facing opportunities and challenges.

In order to adapt to these changes, 3nod is exploring and constructing an innovation ecosystem in the enterprise. Therefore, 3nod will have to consider two basic premises in this process. While applying the traditional innovation ecosystem theory, it has to take into account the profound changes brought about by the digital economy ecosystem.

3nod is refining and summarizing the core competence OPM that it has formed in the past, and interviews, questionnaire surveys, focus group discussions and other methods are used in the period, and later, Grounded Theory is used to encode and analyze the data formed by the research, clarify the internal and external motivations of 3nod innovation ecosystem construction, and define the starting point of its own innovation through the two ecological theory systems mentioned above. Furthermore, it describes the construction of an innovation ecosystem through the dual axis of the evolution of its own product manufacturing capabilities adaptability and its own productivity improvement through intelligent manufacturing. With the description of the four major innovation units, 3nod uses the terminology and structural model of the innovation ecosystem to describe the relationship between the various ecological units, and puts this model into consideration in the digital economy ecosystem.

 

As a typical case of China's ICT manufacturing industry, 3nod hopes to provide theoretical and practical enlightenment for other similar manufacturing industries to build an innovation ecosystem through the practice of 3nod's own innovation ecosystem construction.
