积跬步之程,筑万里之基。经过在DBA的课程学习与实践,2024年10月3日,DBA三期班同学、云南白药集团CEO董明迎来了他的最终答辩时刻。董明同学在答辩现场阐述了《中国企业员工健康管理效能评价指标体系的构建与实证评估》,成果丰硕,最终顺利通过答辩。恭喜董明同学,让我们一起回顾他的高光时刻。

研究目的:本研究旨在建立一套适合中国国情的企业员工健康管理效能评价指标体系,并通过实证评估检验其有效性。

研究方法:通过文献和政策分析、PDCA理论框架、修正式德尔菲法和层次分析法构建评价体系;采用问卷调查和对比分析法验证区分度和准确度;运用单因素方差分析从多维度应用评价体系。

研究结果:经过两轮专家咨询,形成含4个一级指标、12个二级指标和44个三级指标的评价体系;指标权重确定,整体内部一致性α系数为0.801,信度良好。实证研究中,获“健康企业”认证的样本平均评分为0.793,未获认证的为0.606,差异显著(P<0.001)。应用研究显示,36家企业的评价结果平均值为0.700,且各维度的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

研究结论:构建的中国企业员工健康管理效能评价指标体系全面科学,评价结果准确、区分度高,具有良好的普适性和可操作性。

The study aims to develop an evaluation index system for employee health management (EHM) effectiveness (abbreviated as "Evaluation System") in enterprises, tailored to China's national conditions, and to test its effectiveness through empirical evaluation.

The evaluation system was constructed through literature and policy analysis, utilizing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) theoretical framework, a modified Delphi method, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The discrimination and accuracy of this system were verified through questionnaire surveys and comparative analysis. Additionally, one-way ANOVA was applied to assess the system across multiple dimensions.

After two rounds of expert consultation, an evaluation system was established, comprising 4 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, and 44 third-level indicators. The index weights were determined, and the overall internal consistency alpha coefficient was 0.801, indicating good reliability. In the empirical study, the average score of sample enterprises certified as "Healthy Enterprises" by local health regulatory authorities was 0.793, whereas non-certified enterprises scored an average of 0.606, a significant difference (P<0.001). Applied research revealed that the average evaluation result for 36 sample enterprises was 0.700, with statistically significant differences across all dimensions (P<0.05).

The evaluation index system for the effectiveness of employee health management in Chinese enterprises constructed in this study is relatively comprehensive and scientific, with accurate evaluation results and high discrimination, and has good universality and operability.
