九层之台,起于累土;千里之行,始于足下。经过在DBA的课程学习与实践,2024年10月29日,DBA五期班同学、深圳市科达利实业股份有限公司董事长励建立迎来了他的最终答辩时刻。励建立同学在答辩现场阐述了《新能源汽车产业生态化发展及其溢出效应》,成果丰硕,最终顺利通过答辩。恭喜励建立同学,让我们一起回顾他的高光时刻。

生态化发展及其溢出效应

▇ 论文摘要:

制造业的蓬勃发展以及互联网等技术的进步,推动了中国新能源汽车产业的发展,并呈现出生态化发展的特征,为中国的经济发展和社会发展带来了积极的影响。受益于中国政策环境和发展基础,中国汽车产业在新能源领域实现了弯道超车,中国新能源汽车销量世界第一,新能源汽车的渗透率不断提升。随着动力电池等领域的不断完善、智能驾驶技术的不断突破,新能源汽车已成为人工智能、物网联、大数据等多重技术融合的载体,将持续促进新能源汽车产业的产品生态、商业模式、产业链、价值链的变革。

本文着重研究新能源汽车生态化发展的特征、发展趋势、产生的积极影响、以及如何推进生态化发展,这不仅有利于推进中国新能源汽车行业实现弯道超车,更有利于推进能源转型,解决能源短缺问题,这具有重要的现实意义。而且尽管学术界已经关注到了生态化发展的特点,但是对于新能源汽车的生态化发展还没有准确的结论,并且缺少相关的理论研究。而本文将填补这部分的学术空白,并扩展关于生态化发展的相关研究内容。

首先,本文在理论层面分析了新能源汽车产业生态化的推动因素和特征,以期望为新能源汽车产业生态化的影响分析提供依据。其次,本文采用案例分析,对理论分析的结果进行了现实验证。最后,本文探究了溢出效应。溢出效应的研究结果表明,其一,新能源汽车生态化发展具积极的产业溢出效应,能够带动其他产业快速发展;其二,新能源汽车产业生态化发展具有较强的技术创新的溢出效应;其三,生态化发展的新能源汽车产品能够促进产业结构升级。

本文基于案例研究以及访谈等方式,丰富了新能源汽车产业生态化发展的相关研究。尽管学术界已经关注到了产业生态化发展以及新能源汽车的商业模式,但是对于新能源汽车产业生态化发展还没有准确的结论,而本文将填补这部分的研究空白,并扩展关于生态化发展的相关研究内容,同时提供了政策参考性。

The vigorous development of the manufacturing industry, along with advancements in technologies such as the Internet, has propelled the growth of China's new energy vehicle (NEV) industry, and exhibited characteristics of ecosystem-oriented development, which has brought positive impacts on both China's economic and social development. Benefiting from China's policy environment and developmental foundation, the Chinese automotive industry has achieved a leapfrog development in the field of new energy, with China ranking first in global sales and the penetration rate of NEVs continuously increasing. As power batteries and other domains continue to improve and intelligent driving technologies make constant breakthroughs, NEVs have become carriers integrating multiple technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data, which will persistently drive changes in the product ecosystem, business models, industry chains, and value chains of the NEV industry.

In the dissertation, focus is placed on the characteristics, development trends, and positive impacts of the ecosystem-oriented development of NEVs, as well as how to promote such development. This is not only conducive to advancing China's NEV industry to achieve leapfrog development but also to facilitating energy transformation and addressing energy shortages, which holds significant practical importance. Moreover, while the academic community has noted the characteristics of ecosystem-oriented development, there is no definitive conclusion regarding the ecosystem-oriented development of NEVs, and relevant theoretical research is lacking. This dissertation aims to fill this academic gap and expand the research content related to ecosystem-oriented development.

励建立同学在长江DBA活动中

Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the driving factors and characteristics of the ecosystem-oriented development of the NEV industry at the theoretical level, attempting to provide a basis for analyzing the impact of the ecosystem-oriented development of the NEV industry. Secondly, this dissertation employs case studies to conduct empirical verification of the theoretical analysis results. Lastly, this dissertation explores spillover effects. The research findings on spillover effects indicate three points: (i) the ecosystem-oriented development of NEVs has positive industrial spillover effects, capable of driving the rapid development of other industries; (ii) the ecosystem-oriented development of the NEV industry exhibits strong spillover effects in technological innovation; (iii) NEV products resulting from ecosystem-oriented development can promote the upgrading of industrial structures.

Based on case studies and interviews, this dissertation enriches the research system on the ecosystem-oriented development of the NEV industry. Although the academic community has paid attention to industrial ecosystem-oriented development and the business models of NEVs, there is no definitive conclusion regarding the ecosystem-oriented development of the NEV industry. This dissertation aims to fill this research gap, expand the research content related to ecosystem-oriented development, and provide policy references.
