Qualification

工作内容:
1. 组织、执行项目重要活动的组织、执行(包括:项目开学典礼、毕业典礼、日常品牌宣传活动、公开课等);
2. 负责制定广告投放方案(含抖音、头条、朋友圈等),监测投放效果,提供流量增长,产出营销线索Leads;
3. 能够根据市场相关数据变化做出分析及总结,并能根据业务需求迭代出适合投放及应营销策略;
4. 能运用自媒体、社交平台、互动活动等新玩法,捕捉热点话题及传播新趋势,产出优质数字化营销方案并负责执行,提升项目的知名度和美誉度,扩大项目影响力;
5. 对视频创意有洞察,能将品牌/产品信息转化成优质短视频内容策划,助力潜在用户增长。
岗位要求:
1. 海内外一流院校本科及以上学位,具有海外教育背景者优先;具有优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力;
2. 2年以上数字市场营销工作经验,有大型企业相关工作经验/或有成功的内容/短视频营销案例优先;
3. 有过市场品牌活动的经验,重点是承担过或参与过活动组织、具体执行;
4. 熟悉社交平台在内容和流量生态方面的规则与思路,掌握主要社交平台的工具和数据分析工具并能运用于数字化营销工作中;

岗位描述:
作为长江商学院市场公关部的重要岗位,负责学院级别品牌活动的选题、策划、传播、执行及效果监测,内部资源整合、战略性合作伙伴关系拓展,致力于通过品牌活动传播学院差异化价值,加强学院品牌的影响力。
同时,统筹学院品牌视频的制作并负责视频类新媒体运营,持续产出有传播力的品宣素材。
岗位职责:
1. 参与策划并积极筹备学院级大型活动、高端品牌论坛及中小型品牌活动,组织活动相关宣传物料的起草、设计与落地,负责或部分负责活动现场的统筹、监督管理与执行;
2. 运用分析工具评估活动效果并编制活动结案报告,不断精进活动策划及组织水平;
3. 整合内部资源,打造学院品牌活动的最佳影响力;
4. 维护现有外部合作伙伴关系,并与潜在合作伙伴(包括头部企业、知名院校、顶尖媒体和其他组织)建立新的联系,寻找更多可能性;
5. 负责各类品宣视频的策划和制作,统筹技术团队完成采访视频、品牌短片、自媒体小视频等不同类型视频的拍摄及制作;
6. 运营视频类自媒体平台,负责抖音号、视频号等视频类平台的运营策划及执行。

工作内容:
一、政府事务(约占50%)
1. 根据政府部门的要求,协助撰写企联会年度报告和领导讲话材料;
2. 维系与政府部门的合作关系;
3. 支持政合规相关的行政事务。
二、活动与宣传(约占50%)
1. 协助企联会完成办公会议、理事会议、会员大会、年会、论坛以及其他大型会议和活动的策划与执行工作,组织会员参加各类培训(会议)活动;
2. 参与走访会员、发展会员等工作,加强与会员的联系;
3. 支持企联会信息工开工作,包括官微的建设、维护与管理工作,定期更新宣传资料、最新政策,撰写与编辑各类通知文件;

Job Descriptions:
● Project Manager for the various international and domestic accreditations will have responsibility for well communication with all of internal departments and liaison with international and/or domestic accreditation institutions, the major role of an Accreditation Manager can be defined into 3 primary responsibilities:
● Build up the standard policies and procedures on how to communicate with internal departments in the School to bridge the high-quality standards and successful experiences to the School, and standardize the information collection process to maintain all sorts of school activities documentation well collected in order to keep the accreditation ongoing process on a yearly basis.
● Take leadership to set up Filing systems (Information collection/management), make sure all data and information are kept in order and easy to track
● keep track of all school activities information
- keep up-to-date database by constant information collection
- help to build up centralized information collecting system for the school
● Write various of analysis reports in English for accreditation purpose
- integrate program related reports into the school level report
- maintain and manage contact between school and accreditation organization
- attend all PR events, and any other events if necessary
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or above (with overseas education background is preferred)
● AACSB & EQUIS & CAMEA accreditation related working experiences in leading business schools is preferred
● Excellent English writing and communication skills

Job Description
1、Provide English editing and writing to support CKGSB Founding and Professor of China and Globalization Dean Xiang Bing, who’s a well-respected scholar in his field, for his articles, speeches and presentations. The topics addressed are mainly related to economics, such as economic development models of major economies in the world, recent technologic innovations, innovation and globalization by Chinese companies, the global implications of China’s transformation, as well as China’s role in Asia and its relations with various countries;
2、Provide support to other global marketing and communications work, such as produce articles addressing research findings of other CKGSB faculty members, stories on alumni journeys and marketing literature for the school, such as website content, brochures and presentations.
Qualification
1、Native English speaker;
2、Master or above at a globally-recognized top-tier university;
3、Relevant editorial and writing experiences in leading financial media or research institutions;
4、Excellent English writing and communication skills;
5、Sound knowledge of economics, management, political science, history or regional studies;

Job Description
1、Create an overarching communications strategy and plan for CKGSB to enhance our share of voice across target markets in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, and hone our key messages delivered;
2、Manage global media outreach for the school, particularly English-language coverage in our target media (i.e. top-tier media like the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, etc.);
3、Proactively write op-ed pieces for faculty members and articles around CKGSB’s recent research findings, to be pitched to English-language media for wider exposure of the school;
4、Field interview requests received from journalists and arrange interviews accordingly with professors or other spokespeople from the school;
5、Produce thought leadership publications or reports on behalf of the school that showcase our faculty and other opinion leaders’ China insights that may be of global relevance, to be published in partnership with other leading institutions;
6、Create engaging marketing collateral (books, brochures, PPTs, introductions, etc.) for CKGSB that differentiate us from competitors and speak effectively to our global target audience, usually comprised of senior business executives;
7、Manage CKGSB’s English-language website, including the content produced and the site’s search engine optimization and marketing, while liaising with the website vendor and the school’s various programs and overseas offices;
8、Effectively manage the school’s communications vendors (such as media monitoring and PR agency) to maximize our brand among international business executives, opinion leaders and other influential players in China and abroad;
9、Oversee the strategy, content and engagement of the school’s official accounts on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, etc, while liaising across teams internally;
10、Acquire and maintain sound knowledge and understanding of the school, its mission, values, strategic goals, and programs to create more effective marketing materials;
11、Keep abreast of economic and business issues covered in the school’s target media, and actively conduct research and analyses of media coverage of the school’s competitors.
Qualification
1、Native English speaker or equivalent;
